Michele M. Wierzbicki is a Ceramic Engineer from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, where she also earned a Master of Science in Glass Science. To complement her technical expertise, she obtained an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
With over 25 years of experience in the ceramic fiber insulation industry, she has held strategic roles in Research and Development (R&D), Sales, and Marketing. Her career includes technical leadership in new product development and the management of global projects.
As the Fire Protection Manager at Nutec, Inc., she collaborates closely with national laboratories and international authorities to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.
