Mauricio Díaz Garza is a Chemical Engineer graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, with more than 15 years of experience in the high-temperature ceramic fiber insulation industry, having developed his professional career at NUTEC.
He began his path as part of a talent development program, where he gained solid experience in the Projects and Engineering areas. He later joined the ceramic fiber production area and subsequently specialized in vacuum-formed products. Throughout his professional experience, he has led key areas such as Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Processes, and Continuous Improvement.
He currently serves as Plant Manager of the Vacuum Formed Business Unit, where he has led and managed operations to consolidate the unit into an efficient, profitable business. His experience in vacuum-formed insulation manufacturing processes enables him to provide technical support to customers and develop high-performance solutions for their needs.
