‍A kiln OEM needed a roofing solution to withstand 2,500°F soak zones while protecting the steel shell from acid corrosion and integrating complex overhead heating elements without electrical interference.

The Solution:

‍NUTEC engineered a custom Stud-Tite Hybrid Module system using 3,000°F-rated fiber and offset anchors. This design provided a high-performance, cost-effective lining that allowed for protective shell coatings and rapid, prefabricated assembly.
